This hotel is in an excellent location. Guests can walk to the beach, shopping areas, restaurants, theaters and attractions. The neighborhood is very safe and the hotel is very clean. Rooms are small, but that is okay for the value. I would definitely recommend it.
My reservation was not found upon arrival and they had no record of my booking. I had the paperwork to prove it. Fortunately, for me, there was a room available, and I arrived early. Guests that arrived after I did were not so fortunate. Their reservation was also not found, and there were no rooms available. They were quite angry and were told that there was no "manager" with whom to talk. I would have also been in that position had I arrived several hours later. A hair dryer in the room would have helped, as that is somewhat standard in hotels now. The television sound was terrible - very fuzzy and difficult to hear.

The room we had, 202 was terrific and recently renovated, the bathroom is small but there is a great walk in wardrobe. However, when we saw the state of the (unrenovated) foyer we nearely didn't stay. It is only when i went to check the room first that I decided to stay. Brilliant location! Overall we had a great stay but don't expect any fuss...
The foyer really needs a coat of paint and new furniture. Very bad TV reception, we asked it to be fixed but it never happened. No bar

- Location was perfect, near to the beach and the centre of Miami South Beach
A arrival the receptionist told that the price was higher than we booked on the site of Booked.net, we disagreed, and after a discussion, we paid the price as agreed. Bathroom was small and outdated.

The hotel is only two blocks from the Miami Conference Center. Ideal if you are exhibiting or attending an event there. The price was expensive but cheaper than other hotel options.
The hotel is clean and all the equipment was new and in working order, but the room was quite sparse and small. The room had a loud window A/C unit and smelled of cleaning supplies throughout my whole stay.

Location scores points with tons of nearby restaurants and shops. The tiny but cozy lobby offers a unique boutique vibe perfect for a quick stop before the beach.
Room sizes feel cramped, and getting comfortable proves tough with very short double beds that leave tall guests cramped against the footboard. The bathroom can lack basic counter space. Noise from other guests travels easily through the thin walls, potentially disrupting a peaceful night. Be prepared for limited breakfast seating, often leading to a hectic meal environment. Finally, the absence of a pool, despite listings suggesting otherwise, can be a real letdown for those seeking a dip .

Staff was friendly/ location good/price reasonable
Hotel needs work. General maintence ie doors stick , faucets loose , tiles look like there is a bit of mold in the corners and the paper roll in the bathroom makes the toilet almost unuseable ( Room 201)
